\nNotiere dir die Nummer mit einem wasserfesten Stift auf deinem K\u00f6rper!
\nDu kannst die Nummer anrufen, wenn du festgenommen wirst bzw. mitbekommst, dass andere Personen festgenommen werden. Die Rechtshilfe versucht dann der, dem oder den Betroffenen zu helfen und im schlimmsten Fall einen Anwalt oder eine Anw\u00e4ltin zu vermitteln. Eine Rechtshilfe achtet auch darauf, dass keine_r bei der Polizei \u201everschwindet\u201c oder \u201evergessen wird\u201c.
\nBist du selbst festgenommen worden, hast du das Recht auf zwei erfolgreiche (!) Anrufe. Es kann hilfreich sein, einen Anruf f\u00fcr ein Gespr\u00e4ch mit der Rechtshilfe zu nutzen. Sie kann dich \u00fcber deine Rechte informieren und dir bei Bedarf eine_n Anw\u00e4lt_in vermitteln.
\nWas sage ich am Telefon (nicht)?
\nWas dich und andere belasten k\u00f6nnte, sollte am Telefon nie erw\u00e4hnt werden. Auch Namen solltest du nur erw\u00e4hnen, wenn die Person mit Sicherheit festgenommen worden ist. Die Rechtshilfe interessiert in der Regel nur, wer und wie viele betroffen sind und was die Polizei den festgenommenen Personen vorwirft.
\nWenn du selbst betroffen bist, informiere die Rechtshilfe, dass du festgenommen wurdest. Wenn du mitbekommst, dass Menschen festgenommen werden, informiere die Rechtshilfe wer (Namen und Geburtsdatum der festgenommenen Person) betroffen ist.<\/p>\n

\nWrite down the number on your body with a waterproof pen!
\nYou can call the number if you are arrested or find out that other people are being or have been arrested. Legal Aid will then try to help the person(s) concerned and, in the worst case, arrange a lawyer. Legal Aid also makes sure that no one „disappears“ or is „forgotten“ while in police custody.
\nIf you have been arrested yourself, you have the right to two successful (!) phone calls. It can be helpful to use one of those phone calls to talk to legal aid. They can inform you about your rights and get you in touch with a lawyer if necessary.
\nWhat do you (not) say on the phone?
\nYou should never mention anything over the phone that could incriminate you or others. You should also only mention names if the person has definitely been arrested. Legal Aid is usually only interested in who and how many people are involved and what the police accuse the arrested persons of.
\nIf you yourself are affected, inform Legal Aid that you have been arrested. If you notice that people are being arrested, inform Legal Aid who (name and date of birth of the person arrested) is affected.<\/p>\n
